- All participants are required to complete their registration by using a valid email address. This email shall be used for further correspondence.
- Each email address is only valid for ONE registered account only.
- Each registered account can be used to register for MORE THAN ONE product.
- All matters with regards to the uploading of abstract, extended abstract and status of acceptance will be handled through this system.

VIDEO SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Announcement : For participants who has submitted video, you can check status here https://www.opiic.net/registration/participant_submission.php
- Each team will have to produce a video presentation demonstrating the uniqueness of their innovation.
- There are no constraints in submitting the video (please ensure that the video is āUā rated).
- The structure or storyline of the video depends on the creativity of the participants.
- However, it is recommended that the content of the video should fulfil the judging criteria in order to get higher marks.
- The submitted video must not exceed 6 minutes and must be uploaded as single file of the highest quality.
- The video file must be in MP4 format. Please verify that the file is renamed with the project ID.
- Supporting documents is optional and must be uploaded as a separate file (in single pdf format).
- All accepted submissions will be judged by professional juries from industry and academia.

JUDGING CRITERIA
The following criteria will be judged by the panels:
- Novelty & Uniqueness – Product must be original and unique.
- Benefit to mankind – Product can be benefitted to potential end user at different level (nation, community, field).
- Commercialization – Product is marketable and user-friendly.
- Status of Invention/ Innovation/ Design – Product is prototype/ready and supported with any recognition/ publication.
- Video Presentation – The video presentation should be brief, clear, quality and concise. Maximum duration = 6 minutes.
All decisions made by the organizers and the selection of the winners is conclusive. No disputes or appeals will be entertained.
Call for Jury
- Judges can still participate in this event, but the judging committee will make sure that they do not evaluate their own project (if they join the event as participant)
- To avoid conflicts of interest, all judging criteria will be given to the judges few days before the judging session begins.
- E-Certificate will be given to judges who have completed judging all the task assigned.
